Pros

I’m incredibly grateful to have been part of SEO Hacker for almost 4 years. What makes this journey even more meaningful is that they took a chance on me as a fresh graduate. I started working here just 2 days after graduating. That trust meant everything and became the foundation of my growth. From Assistant Account Manager to Account Manager, then Accounts Team Representative, and now SEO Specialist, I’m thankful for every opportunity they gave me to grow and step up. I also genuinely appreciate their initiative in providing a staff house with free utilities (electricity, WiFi, and water). It made a real difference in my day to day life. Like any company, it’s not perfect. There have been highs and lows, but what stands out is their effort to improve year by year. For me, this company is great for people who can work independently after their training and well structured onboarding. The teammates are also a dream and a pleasure to work with. It is especially a good fit for those who are not too dependent and have the drive to learn and grow on their own. I also appreciate the leadership. The CEO even takes time to do one on one life & work coaching after our onsite client meetings, which shows genuine investment in people. The General Manager also conducted a Gallup session that helped me better understand and grasp my strengths. Overall, based on my personal experience, it’s been a great journey and one I will always be thankful for.

Cons

I don’t really consider these as cons, but more as areas for improvement: - The workload can feel quite heavy, especially for those who are new or still adjusting. It really requires good time management and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly. - At times, priorities can shift quickly, so it may take some adjustment to stay aligned and keep up with changing expectations.

Pros

None. It was a lot of stress, lowball salary, urgent tasks, incompetent management.

Cons

When employees leave the company, THE MANAGEMENT discusses them during structured meetings, often framing their departure as a lack of loyalty. This creates an environment where leaving is implicitly discouraged and publicly scrutinized. Some former employees have even been referenced in their podcast, which gives the impression that the company expects long-term allegiance rather than recognizing individual career growth. I would strongly encourage readers to approach the 4–5 star reviews with skepticism. Many appear overly polished and inauthentic. There have also been instances where individuals were directly asked to leave positive reviews, which calls into question the credibility of the ratings presented here.
