Pros

leaders and management show that it is healthy enviroment

Cons

1-No work-life balance 2-you will get a lot of work and some others are sitting doing nothing 3- the management is under the mercy of the customer, he tell them who to hire and who not and who will work on his project 4-Unprofessional interview with an ignorant attitude 5-lack of transparency, some got terminated and they wrote other reasons in the termination paper as they can't write the real ones 6-When you get to an internship there they will treat you as it is a big dream for you to work there, in contrast, it is a regular job 7-People with seniority higher than you will always blame you for not getting your work perfect, although they do terrible mistakes more than you

Pros

Friendly colleagues: Most team members are supportive and easy to work with, and you can build good relationships within the team.

Cons

1. Lack of Clear Leadership and Vision One of the biggest challenges is the absence of strong leadership and a clear vision for the company’s future. Many important decisions are made without proper communication or rationale. Often, the team is left uncertain about what the priorities are, what success looks like, or how their work fits into any long-term goal. The company lacks transparency when it comes to strategic planning. 2. No Real KPIs or Performance Standards There are no solid KPIs or measurable performance standards that employees can work towards. Promotions are not based on skills, achievements, or actual performance, but rather on how long someone has been at the company. This results in many employees being promoted without having developed the necessary experience or expertise, which affects team dynamics and morale. 3. Low Technical Standards Unfortunately, the overall technical level across many teams is below what is expected in today’s IT industry. This makes it difficult to exchange knowledge between team members or to work on more advanced solutions. For someone who is eager to grow technically or learn from peers, the environment can feel very limited. 4. "Contractor" Mentality The company operates mostly with a contractor mindset. The main focus is to ensure that employees are billed to clients, regardless of whether the project fits their skills or career path. People are frequently assigned to any project that brings in money, even if it has no connection to their area of expertise. This hurts both employee motivation and long-term professional development. 5. Lack of Investment in Employees There is little to no investment in professional growth. Training, certifications, conferences, or even internal learning opportunities are very limited or non-existent. 6. Poor Project Management and Unhealthy Work Environment Project deadlines are often unrealistic, and planning is weak. Employees are expected to deliver under tight timelines without the proper resources or support. Moreover, the company lacks a healthy feedback culture — concerns raised by employees are rarely acted upon, and there is no real mechanism to address issues constructively. Over time, this leads to burnout and a noticeable drop in morale.
