I might be able to name a few positives about SCS, but unfortunately the negatives outweigh them all.

Cons

Team leaders think they’re the best in the world, but outside this company they would be completely useless in the real game industry. The CEO, unfortunately, fails to recognize incompetence even when it’s staring him right in the face. From what I’ve also heard from people around me, skilled and talented individuals are overlooked and given no opportunities, while problematic and lazy employees are tolerated and kept on. The biggest issue in the entire company is safe production.

better than fasfood worker, chill culture

Cons

for 3D artists it can be quite soul draining, old tech, people stuck with old workflows, bad management. A lot of people cannot speak english.
