- Every time employee's fault. Nothing is communicating properly with employee on name of PMS system. Policy changed and update in PMS but what about employees who is working from home. Have you people made any communication with those employee who are doing WFH? No.
- When employee's increment come management discuss hours and hours with employee and tell employee faults but when company decided to lay off employee then there is no communication with employee. And make drama inside team that management is trying to place within group. without taking proper interview how can you decide whether you are eligible for this post or not.
