SAVI TRADING has an employee rating of 4.0 out of 5 stars, based on 15 company reviews on Glassdoor which indicates that most employees have a good working experience there.
No reason to work in savi trading, because there is no job opportunity.
Cons
None of the traders have make money and savi earns from self back traders' trading spread cost. Working time is too casual. Senior managers cannot provide useful supports or logical suggestions for trading. Their office have only a few traders while others are sales who make cold calls which isn't the right way to do business.
I have studied 3 months course in Savi and stayed on longer, the guys have been great. They have various traders from different institutions. They cover the fundamental and technical side of trading and help you find your own strategy. Daily basis cover international world news to get a market view. Out of the 3 months, the most interesting area is learning about algorithm trading. The main thing I learned is RISK MANAGEMENT, remember trading is like 50/50 eg. flip a coin, as long as you manage risk it does not matter you will win overall.
Cons
1 - Very expensive for a 3 months course - Should be longer
2 - There was nothing really covered for PSYCHOLOGY side of trading
3 - Sales team be careful what you pitch, need to be clear concise and transparent
More like an apprenticeship. A good mixture of professional traders and trainees. They wouldn't just give you lectures and exams. You get to trade alongside some brilliant traders.
Cons
None. Un polished perhaps but that is a good thing for me.
