      Very social at times, generally positive take outlook on things, opportunities to grow within the business.

      Cons

      Base pay can be below market rate which is made up for by bonus structure, no matter what role you're in. Regional employees and offices are often governed by the sometimes out-of-touch HQ in North Carolina, USA. This can frequently cause a discord between the SAS US business and SAS in the rest of the world.
