      One of the worst boss I have ever worked with

      None what so ever. There is no redeeming quality for this place.

      Cons

      - Boss micromanages you to the MAX - Boss does not believe in their staffs in terms of marketing direction and rather trust non-staff outsider (friend) most of the time - Long hours, mediocre pay & benefits - Boss said no budget for marketing, but keep spending on other stuff

      Multi tasking , work from head and tails. Can learn many thing out of your scope

      Cons

      Don't work with them The direction will change overnight, and the boss will likely blame, scold, and find excuses to you. Super high turn over because of bad management and the blaming and office politic culture from the boss and management. Non respect and no professional. There will not care about employee. No future and don't trust them

      The colleague is okay and can go back on time.

      Cons

      Management does not distribute the profit-sharing fairly to the workers. Besides, there are always misunderstanding issues that lead to a negative working environment. Sometimes, management likes to interrupt and change suddenly with the current project which will cause a wrong direction.
