      Pros

      Location, coworkers, entry level opportunity. Work life balance.

      Cons

      Top down management style is very apparent. Seemingly run using a business cost model approach, rather than a research institution approach. Pay is entry level at best, despite average - heavy workload. Turnover of staff is shocking in entry level positions. Training fatigue is obvious from HR and management standpoint.

      Pros

      Beautiful building and interesting research prospects.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, there is an obvious lack of funding, staff and empathy. The last standing are left to cover all bases, resulting in limited to zero lunch breaks and proper training for new staff. Majority of the team were there for a maximum of a year, which gives the impression of high-turn over. In all, the name "SAHMRI" does not outweigh the unpleasant reality of working here.
