Pros

People at this company are nice, generally speaking. The majority of people at the company are very young.

Cons

Since executive management found out about negative reviews on here, they have HR & Marketing write positive ones to skew the rating in their favor. Easy to spot with sentences like “With food and ping pong tables, who wants to go home?!” I don’t care how much you love the company where you work, no one would actually write that in a genuine review. The repeated vernacular and excessive use of exclamation points in the positive reviews, pointing out things like benefits and compensation, clearly speak to someone that isn’t actually reviewing a specific position or what it’s like to work for this company. There is an overabundance of systems in place, which are extremely redundant, often causing double the workload and slowing things down. One of the biggest issues is the inconsistencies with company policies. Some are people are allowed to work from home, some are not. It’s at your manager’s discretion vs. a company policy. Compensation is okay for some positions and horrible for others. There is no standard pay scale for each position and varies based upon what they feel you’re worth.

Pros

None. There is ZERO PROS to this company. Run to the hills and run for your life from this company. Take a look on craigslist they ALWAYS have openings. Why?! They have such a high turn over rate all because of management and their lack of skill and leadership.

Cons

Oh there is so many. No promotions, mgmt are idiots, pay is horrible, schedule is horrible, systems are extremely lacking. Turn over rate is through the roof! I point to craigslist once again. They are ALWAYS posting job openings. ALWAYS.

SADA Response

SADA Systems appreciates all feedback and uses it to make changes for the better. One of our core values is to be data driven therefore we would like to respond to this review with data. - SADA Systems advertises on Dice, Glassdoor, LinkedIn and Craigslist because it is a growing company. As of today, there are 14 open positions, 12 of which are brand new roles (not replacements). - Within the last year SADA has promoted 8 mid-level team members to Sr. level positions and 10+ junior team members to mid-level positions within their roles. SADA is dedicated to developing and growing its workforce. It has consistently paid for employees to complete courses and assessments and now has taken this a step further. Recently SADA announced the launch of a new professional development program to encourage the team to improve their skills and expand their knowledge and capabilities by taking courses of their choice. - SADA’s turnover rate for 2014 was 12% and the objective for the People Operations department for 2015 is to decrease this even further. - The work schedule at SADA Systems is 9:00am – 6:00pm. Depending on your role and the projects you are assigned to, this may vary from time to time.

Pros

* Free snacks, breakfast and lunch

Cons

* They basically sell what Google and Microsoft make with small customizations. * Not much engineering going on, it's a very sales based organization. SALES are EVERYTHING. * They completely lie about everything they sell. * They exploit employees; since employees are given free food, the company expects them to work more than what they are paid for on a regular basic. * Employees are treated unfairly, it's all about their profits. The CEO focuses on 50% gains every year and they are very cut throat about making those margins. They will fire anyone at anytime. * Again, they really don't care about the employees. The company talks about family values/being family owned and things like that but it's all about brain washing people. * You don't get benefits until after 3 months of working at the company. * They try to act like a startup but they totally aren't. They don't really have a unique product that they sell. Your job will always be on the line.
