One of our core values is to be data driven therefore we would like to respond to this review with data. - SADA Systems advertises on Dice, Glassdoor, LinkedIn and Craigslist because it is a growing company. As of today, there are 14 open positions, 12 of which are brand new roles (not replacements). - Within the last year SADA has promoted 8 mid-level team members to Sr. level positions and 10+ junior team members to mid-level positions within their roles. SADA is dedicated to developing and growing its workforce. It has consistently paid for employees to complete courses and assessments and now has taken this a step further. Recently SADA announced the launch of a new professional development program to encourage the team to improve their skills and expand their knowledge and capabilities by taking courses of their choice. - SADA’s turnover rate for 2014 was 12% and the objective for the People Operations department for 2015 is to decrease this even further. - The work schedule at SADA Systems is 9:00am – 6:00pm. Depending on your role and the projects you are assigned to, this may vary from time to time.
