      Pros

      I work from home and set my own pace. I have the flexibility to earn as much as I want based on the number of new accounts I activate. The company culture is relaxed and family-like, though professional. We all share a common goal to provide great service and protection of funds in various types of accounts for businesses.

      Cons

      I don't get to see the corporate staff more than once or twice a year when I make a mid-year or end of year visit to the office.

      Great coworkers, stable but growing company, great benefits (employee premiums covered 100% for medical, dental, and vision), open door environment, company outings, casual dress code, dog-friendly (encouraged)

      Great communication through out the company. Very accommodating to work and personal life balance.

      Cons

      This position involves much needed training that is difficult to receive with how busy the business was when working there.
