Bad conditions cause people to switch company extremely fast so all employees are juniors. +Shortage of training Low salary rate that fits only lack of experience or children. Some benefits on the paper that are not reachable over time and management do not comply. Hypocrisy is baked into the DNA of this company. Culture of blaim anyone you can and shake responsibilities off. Strong "don't ask, don't tell and don't help the client" policy. Senior leadership often makes promises that are not kept. Work on holidays and no WFH politics. No consideration to personal time or needs. Office politics is higher than the productive time. A lot of rules to abide by, no matter how hard you try it's never enough and never appreciated. There's no ability to move up in this company.
