Pros
Lots of regular customers, easy to adjust schedule + request time off, and you can have free coffee during shifts.
Cons
Don't fall for the "family" shtick, it's a job and they'll let you go for whatever reason they can find. Sidenote... they won't give you the employee discount on meals if your shift ended 30 seconds ago.
