Pros

The best thing out this place is it's location and the non-management coworkers. The customers that come in are usually very friendly.

Cons

Management rules by fear of punitive consequences and are quick to fire you if they no long like you, How well you do the job doesn't matter to them at that point. They'll find any reason to fire you even though the people they like break rules on a regular basis. Management also lacks diversity for many of the obvious reasons. They won't work through real life issues with you. At the end of the day you're a resource to them before you're a person. This is not a place you'll find a healthy workplace culture or team spirt. Most people are just trying not to get on management's bad side and will move as fast as possible with little regard for quality of the work because of it. Management is passive aggressive at best and projecting their personal problems and frustrations onto others at worst. I even overheard a manager discourage another manager from hiring people under 18yrs old because it's too much paperwork and longer breaks. They also went on to say something to the affects of, past employees in their 30's couldn't do the job so how could someone under 18 do it...which is age discrimination and against the law.

Pros

Good pay, good coworkers, simple job

Cons

Worked three shifts all which were cut short because they’re slow, surprise surprise that they’re always hiring. I had full availability and they couldn’t give me any hours. I was let go on the third training shift because I couldn’t do a task fast enough, one i was only shown for the first time that day. I have years of restaurant service experience and never was I babied at a place so much.
