Pros

RxSafe is a fine place to work for a year or two to learn skills relevant to grow in your career. Beyond that, I'd recommend moving on to a higher-paying company who proves in their actions that they value their employees. Thankfully, I had a fantastic boss in mid-level management, who taught me valuable skills to help grow in my career. However, that boss cannot speak for upper management.

Cons

Over my multiple years working there, I received one low raise. In general, they give pitiful raises (under $0.50 after a year) all while sales are booming. Additionally, they keep pushing back when employees will receive raises and bonuses, which is disheartening and unmotivating. Overall, they are the type of company to over-promise and under-deliver. Simply put, they are the type of company you make fun of for using a pizza party as a band aid on the wound of employee dissatisfaction. They throw employees monthly lunch parties as a replacement for paying them well, and more so, expect their employees to remain satisfied working there. Upper management plays favorites in terms of special treatment (raises, bonuses, remote work, growth opportunities, etc.) and many of my colleagues waited multiple years before receiving a well-deserved promotion. It is sad how they use the excuse of being a small company to underpay employees and expect them to put in 100% daily, frequently taking on others' work when someone leaves. Unfortunately, that also happens often. Meanwhile, they broadcast successful sales quarters and increased revenue at monthly company meetings. Overall, they need to do better if they want to increase employee retention. Again, I'd possible recommend working here for a year or two, but absolutely not if you plan to grow with a company from the very beginning.

Pros

1. if you like traveling - you get to do that every week so you rack up points w/ hotels and airlines 2. justin is chill and easy to talk to 3. you get to do your own thing in this position as long as you get the job done

Cons

where do i start lol 1. if you don’t have experience in a role like this then the training is AWFUL. they give you online trainings and have you shadow a couple times then send you off on your own. also theresa is crazy and thinks she’s still a cop in the military, at one point she was telling me to stay up until 3am studying for my first install. 2. to piggy back off of that - not enough people to properly train you - i was on an install on my own after making sup aware that i wasn’t ready and couldn’t get ahold of anyone a few times when i had crucial issues that directly affected the function of the device 3. you have to expense everything on your own even though there’s a company card. not a huge issue but annoying to do 4. culture w/ higher ups is awful - racist jokes from hr and ceo made an insensitive aids joke to a new employee about the employee in front of me and someone else, and other people within earshot. ceo is also a hothead - heard him yelling at someone during a meeting in a room full of people while i was at hq and it seemed to be a normal thing?
