Pros
Where to start? Best job I have ever had... such a great and wonderful environment to work in, I actually get excited coming into work every morning. Every single person in the company really cares for each other and we are like one big family, there is no snakey behaviour and everyone genuinely wants to help each other which is rare to find in recruitment. The company has great morals and has a respected name in the market and everyone works very hard to keep that name as we truly respect the directors. Based right in the centre of Wimbledon there is always a great buzz!
Cons
Sometimes the coffee machine breaks but its fixed again within 20 minutes :)
