Work hours are flexible Unlimited vacation time Coworkers were great

They claim to be open and honest but are not. They will say the company is taking in millions and doing great as it is sinking.

25% turnover in 12 months :( If you were to look at information on LinkedIn, you can see that within a moving 12 month timeframe (at least when I was there), Roundtrip has about at 25% turnover rate. Most of them are due to layoffs since the company is trying very hard to reduce costs. They pretty much use you and then spit you out.
