      Pros

      -Easy going. -Get bonus -Co-workers are nice.

      Cons

      -Office is too quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. -Salary pay and it's difficult to ask for a raise since Taiwan is the main source of funding. -Not really a management team. -HR is not located on site there located in Texas. -Were suppose to get bonus but there not consistent. -No diversity
