Horrendous culture, management really think a bit too highly of themselves and are morally corrupt with zero care for employees. Use fear as motivation like using intimidation to try and achieve results which has the reverse effect usually, beyond micromanagement, work you to the bone, squeeze absolutely every penny out of you, no appreciation, horrible place to work. I sat near one of the directors for nearly 2 years and they didn't say Hi to me once but had no issue telling colleagues if I came back 2 minutes later than my hour lunch. A genuinely horrible place to work which has left some emotional scars. Horrendous level of turnover, 2 remained out of a team of 6 when I started.
