      Office has a great view from high floor

      Cons

      The CEO’s bad management and people skills are very demoralising for the staff. The toxic atmosphere it creates ruins the otherwise pleasant team spirit you can find between peers. Obvious lack of profesionalism with imposed culture of “CEO is always right”, “Do what CEO says, not what he does” drive employees to leave as soon as they find a better opportunity. How could any organization operate efficiently when it’s CEO regularly calls it a day off after an unplaned long lunch ?

      Pros

      Good former colleagues and office location is not too bad.

      Cons

      Too many. Overall, very bad and inexperienced management/managers resulting in poor and unprofessional outcome/results for cross teams. Confusing instructions and often lacking foresight. Managers do not manage but leave it to juniors to run the show but when negative things happen, juniors take the blame.
