after many years working in this 'company' I would say that to succeed there you need to accept that
- CEO is always right (and accept to be blame for his mistake because he never listens to anyone) and changes his mind all the time (but don't ever say this)
- you must praise him and his management team (who themselves know he is incompettent but act like muppets to survive or never last more than a year)
- there is only one objective which is to make as much money as possible quickly for the owner with no consideration on long term
- values claim by company is marketing with integrity the lowest of all
