I had worked for this company for a few years, and while it had its ups and downs, overall I would say it was a decent place to work. The company culture is fairly relaxed and there is a good work-life balance. The management team is approachable and open to feedback, and there is a strong focus on employee development.
Cons
Overall, this company is a decent place to work if you are looking for a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. Just be prepared for the ups and downs that come with working at an early stage startup.

- talented, small team developing cool products - agile development in design incorporating new sensors and tech solutions - management is appreciative of good work and proactive with compensation - 2 days in the office a week, good balance between in person collaboration and remote focus work - easy going team and environment, flexible 40 hours a week, hourly pay so overtime is compensated
Cons
- new ideas and product requirements are sometimes not well specified or vetted before given to engineering team - democratic design can be frustrating at times - team needs to grow as we start production
