Good for freshers to start a career. I personally felt that the training program prepares you with the right skills from the beginning. There are many co-curricular activities and an interactive learning environment. Understanding co-workers contribute to a very healthy team environment. There are balanced opportunities for upskilling, as well as other employee activities and community work, which helps to maintain a good work-life balance.
