      Willingness to burn money on the wrong things

      Leaders unable to innovate Weak environment for taking risks and chances Leaders came from big companies with huge bloated infrastructure - they have no idea how to make a scrappy business capable of growing…only how to build a bloated company with lots of infrastructure.

      Pros

      There were some great assets at times but those people have moved on to better opportunities.

      Cons

      Constant turnover. The founders have all checked out. Leadership keeps changing the focus and staff to support. Even for a start-up, there is no consistency and the overall atmosphere is negative and toxic.
