- Might be good for fresh graduates to get a start
- Pay is not too bad as long as you do not low ball yourself
Cons
- Questionable coding practices
- No proper training and if there is it could be too late or not useful
- Workload is very random and can be different on different teams
- No reason to stay long (Not much career opportunities) (People come and go)
- Showed possibility of remote work but do not seem to favor it
