      Good Company, Good Values, Just bit Disorganised.

      Pros

      Affordable prices for people so you don't feel bad for ripping people off or anything like that. Good products to work with and use on people. Nice enough customers with a lot of complete beginners who know nothing about makeup, so it is good to watch their face light up when they see how good it looks on them and all the interesting product and fact knowledge. Management are ok, no real bullies or anything and seem kind of onto it. Can make people look very pretty - job satisfaction.

      Cons

      Maybe the prices and quality of products are a bit lower than what they could or should be? You almost feel cheap for selling too cheap makeup for what it is and because of the too low price, it can sometimes attract not very pleasant customers. Some are rude and entitled too and some just look so rough they look like they want to punch you or something like that. Some of the workers who come into help are also a little mean, ok but a little rough as well.
