Worst job experience. If you are here, then you have doubts about them. YOU ARE RIGHT

Money hungry company gets to make a lot of money at your expense. If you are lucky you will work in a field you are interested in, but most end up doing things they didn't sign up for
Cons
They pay you nothing. I repeat they pay you nothing. But that is not it all. they mistreat their employees. trick them into signing development restricting contracts designed only to better their pockets and pick-pocket their employees as much as possible. They make all sorts of promises but when it come to the part where they need to be fulfilling them, they change the rules to once again benefit themselves. They do nothing to better the lives of the employees, both in the professional and personal space. It is worse if you are coming from the trainee position. DO NOT JOIN THE RSS INTERNSHIP. it is the worst. Trust me when I say this, you will hate the treatment. You will live like a student and work likethe rest of the people in the client. they will move you from being a tester to being a java dev and back to being a tester based on the requirements of the clients they want to send you out to. I dont want to reveal any salary or contractual details but you see that car you want to buy your mom, or that house you want to build for your parents, or that holiday trip you wanted to go to when you start working, well that will have to wait, because the salary you get is literally for accommodation, food and transport. growth is client dependent. with all that I have said, I feel I haven't said enough of how much this company will drain you of all the enthusiasm you have as an up and coming IT professional. I do however think that it could be worth while for those that are already more experience and know their way around the industry. But if you are a junior something, it will take you a year and 6 months to be anything in this company. you hear "trainee, intern or advanced intern",.... run. you start as a Trainee, which can go up to 3 - 6 months. then intern for 8, then advanced intern for 6. in normal companies there's intern then junior associate. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE TOTALLY OUT OF MOVES
