      I Regret Staying Here So Long

      Pros

      No micromanagment for consultants (You will feel like you are actually employed by the client). For fresh graduates there are great learning opportunities in their learneship programmes since they have a foot in some of the top companies in the financial sector.

      Cons

      No benefits. No salary reviews/increase, so if you are interested in monetary growth this is not the ideal place. I regret staying here so long because my salary is now way below what my peers (with smilar experience) are being paid out there.

      Pros

      Reverside has some of the best companies in SA as their clients, so you get to work with them and gain valuable experience working with various well architected software systems.

      Cons

      Remuneration, compared to competitors in the same consultancy service market is a little on the low side. And for over 2 years I worked there 2 we were never paid any bonuses. I also if as an employee you need a annual raise you have to negotiate for it.
