I have a full bunch of it No Pantry/Cafeteria No Place to have your dinner No source of entertainment No team parties No appreciation, owners are always finding mistake in an employee Owners are themselves involved in office politics You can trust anyone No Sick Leaves/ Only 11 leaves allowed for an year No PF/ They are already paying too much as salary No Insurance/ they don't really care. Its not a priority No Paperwork No offer letter No Increments No appreciation certificates You do OT and you don't get paid for it. You get hire for a position which you never get. 1 Yr Bond which management will never discuss, after you join they will lie that it was discussed during the interview. Scenario: They will be 2 people taking your interview together after that they will lie that it was discussed, will make you feel like idiot. Management think this is the only place left on earth where people want to work. Short of memory, they will promise you something which they will never deliver. Biased towards people, no sense to talk/No respect of employees Salary never on time. People: Don't spoil your career. This company is an alternate of suicide Looking for job, would leave soon.

There is a complete bucket of list. No Leaves, no pantry, small place, internet never works, no career growth, no holidays, overtime but no pay, no double pay, double standard people. Directors are too smart. not employee friendly, High attrition, worst cab service, no increment, no rules.
