Lack of consistency, benefits, and business strategies; Too many executives brainstorming, too few employees tasked with executing; Unfulfilled corporate expectations. Lacking learning opportunities fail to promote mentorship, workshops, and bonuses are unclear. No clear plan for the future, employees don’t know long-term goals. CEO leadership is fear-driven - no cultural, core values explicit. There is no collaborative business model approach towards other stakeholders (local and international suppliers) - it is a selfish company, obsolete system thinking, and not inclusive. Same role level, and unbalanced salary levels. Extremely high elitism environment.
