No annual Appraisal- Appraisal would be like Rs.200 to Rs. 2000 which is fixed. Whether you work hard you will get the fixed appraisal that doesn't make any sense. No Confirmation on time for probationary candidate They don't pay any variable though they commit at the time of Interview No appreciation for good work but if you don't follow their meaning less procedures you will be hanged. No free hand to employees to work independently Only 2 or 3 people are heading the management in their own way. If you are a puppet then think of joining it or else you will be playing with your career.

Management is full of idiots who cannot think about society or employees. On asking for WFH they straight away refused to do so. HR never responds to employee's query. They are just waiting for someone to get ill before giving wfh. There is no manager who can fight for rights of employees. They have employed a 2 yrs experienced idiot as product manager who boasts about this every time as kids normally do while mentioning he manages employees with 10yrs of experience.
