Like most anywhere else, my coworkers were great people.
Cons
Absolutely horrible culture. Fine place to work if you drink the koolaid and don't question the decisions or motives of the management. The owners of the company are actually quite nice for the most part, but they have a manager who runs the show more or less who shouldn't be allowed around people. It's obvious that he despises people in general and his attempts to develop relationships with staff were pathetically and transparently fake. Get on his bad side and there will be no going back. He's curt, if not rude and condescending. There is a negativity or some sort of depression or something about the place that I'm thankful to have left behind. There is something like a class or caste system in place there. Maybe 10-15% of the staff are treated like royalty (mostly the top salespeople) and the rest of us were clearly inferior and expendable. Yes, that's it... this is the only place I've worked where it was clear from the outset that the management really doesn't care about their employees, nor were we trusted. There are some good and skilled people there that really owe it to themselves to move on to something better. I did finally and it was the best move I've ever made.
