Pros

Lala company.. people are seating on upper level with 0 knowledge. They are scaling employee on blarney not on knowledge.

Cons

No work life balance. No job satisfaction. if you can do spoon feeding then only you'll survive here.

Nostalgic legal copy vendor feel.

Repario feels like five different companies with five different companies' worth of people who think they are members of the senior leadership team because Repario is five different companies that have integrated about as far as using a single email domain. It is, and has been, openly discussed that the company was created to sell. However, this strategy was predicated on the notion that historic structures and unique strengths would be melded into an enhanced configuration that would enable the company to compete with and be attractive to the largest and most successful organizations in the space. It hasn't happened, and progress toward this goal does not appear to be on the horizon. Sure, this is eDiscovery and anybody in this business understands the inherent games that come with working in the industry. That said, the following mathematical expression sums up the current condition: Repario Games > Moderate to High Levels of eDiscovery Games

Pros

Fully remote options available for almost every position.

Cons

Communication blackouts, no interest in developing processes or basic systems, acquisition spree through 2023/2024 lead to everyone either being over worked or left on an island by themselves. Prior to layoffs, there was months long periods where other departments would be told not to interact with the people being laid off. This lead to massive frustration and wasted effort/time. Also meant that customer facing positions were left to flounder while getting no support from their own internal teams.
