Pros

Good management Interesting work Great opportunities to develop in your career Great network

Cons

Unfair pay scale, little room for negotiation on salaries. Offices are OK despite being in central london. No social activities for team building. No training or qualifications (learning on the job). Little ethnic diversity & no efforts for cultural/religious inclusion. Interns are unpaid.

Providing a lot room of growth

Cons

Pros

- colleagues are very kind and supportive - small size means there is a sense of community - small size means junior staff work with senior staff so get to learn from experience - lots of opportunity to work on interesting things as a junior staff member and even to lead on things - lots of ethnic diversity in staff - central office location

Cons

- culture of avoiding dealing with people & pay issues - e.g., there is one senior staff member who is very poor at their role and bunks off. Everyone knows but nobody in management addresses this. The same goes for the pay issue - pay is terrible for the level of qualification and expertise required, even compared to other trade bodies. Especially given jobs are based in London. It's so bad that nobody can afford to stay there for long
