Pros
Salary is paid on time. Amazing colleagues. Used to be a great work place a couple of years back.
Cons
Employee turnover in the last 1 year is at least 50% due to the extremely toxic environment, bad management, unhealthy work life balance, heavy workload and unrealistic targets, figure head hr that does nothing in favor of the staff, poor worktools, very low salary, staff welfare is zero, little to no room for growth.
