      Very Bad company policies . Do not apply in company for any role

      Pros

      Only remote job but very strict timing. The timer software is mandatory and ruin your computer

      Cons

      Very Bad compensation policy. This company is worst to work because company policies are not clear. They promised you some remuneration and then provide you half of it every month. Very Bad above management and not giving benefits to employees if they gives you business.

      * flexible environment * Fun events like fun friday and fun thrusday. * Senior's , Hr and all the team is co-operative . * if you are new a senior developer is always their to assist you which is great.

      Cons

      * They use Work composer to track your activity which i personally don't like and work time. * The shift you have to serve is of 9 hours without break. which is also tracked by work composer.
