Pros

Bright office and friendly co-workers.

Cons

Management inherently distrusts engineers. Long hours, no bonus, little training or collaboration. Engineers constantly need to justify time allocation to management with little trust/respect between parties.

Pros

The product is a game-changer and has clear market fit

Cons

The company is run like a frat with the Gillins playing everything from frat president to pledge master. Routinely condescending, hire people only to not trust them at their jobs, and berate employees over the simplest of things. My time there was miserable and I am lucky to have been able to get a new opportunity.
