      Gives you a shot at gaining experience.

      Terrible Partners Negative environment, a lot yelling, blaming, swearing No room for growth, everyone so busy so just dump work onto lowers Promote from outside company so you never move up in status Super low pay, even lower increases

      Hybrid option and flexible with personal time Recognizes employees - adamant and on time with reviews, wage increases, promotions, bonuses, social functions, year end party etc. regular check ins making sure your being challenged but not overwhelmed. Concerned for employees wellbeing - conducts town halls for feedback, brought in an immigration consultant etc. Mentorship - willing to teach, paid for continuing education Free parking in lot and close to C-train Breakfast Thursdays
