      Chaotic management, constantly shifting direction, and instability at the top

      If you want exposure to “firefighting mode,” you’ll get it.

      Cons

      Management is disorganized; Frequent leadership changes and recurring restructures / layoffs create a constant sense of insecurity. The culture felt overly driven by short-term optics for fundraising rather than sustainable product and team building. We had a recurring ‘Friday Werewolf’ episode. Let go immediately after feature pre-release, with zero handover and an ‘out within two hours’.

      Opportunity to learn about payment and crypto asset

      Cons

      Constant change of business direction of senior management. Tons of office politics and tension between Cantonese speakers and Mandarin speakers. Tend to pressure new employee's to take on more work and work overtime. Very tiny open office space. You almost need to elbow your way into your desk.
