Pros
Red Link is a company where much can be learn as it processesmillions of transactions per day. How to handle high data volumes of financial data and optimize batch updaters, webservices according to that is just one facet of it. The company handles lot of different buisenes units, from atm to home banking to fraud prevention. It is quite an opportunity, and a challenging one as well.
Cons
Red Link is still in the process of becoming an agile ecosystem. For some business it has not a great impact, but for everything technology related it still slow to implement a fresh idea to production.
