Pros

Can we skip this there is none

Cons

Between the management getting drunk on Slack and giving us relationship advice. The HR being one person and not an actual department because they laid off the HR. The Benefits system only working for the province of Saskatchewan and you MUST pay out of pocket if you don't live in Saskatchewan and only get reimbursed 60 percent of what you pay after submitting receipts. Having to fight for your last paycheck because it will be held until I had to get the Labor Board involved to retrieve it. They don't respect other province guidelines and different provincial holiday rules either. Holiday pay and commission was always non existent as you had to constantly double and triple check with payroll which is also the same person that they had stretched for HR. MASS LAYOFFS AND NO SECURITY NOR STABILITY IN ALL THE POSITIONS. VERY DISTASTEFUL AND DISRESPECTFUL WAYS TO TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES.

Pros

Minimum wage + commission (pro and con), located in the east end and in the cornwall, easy to learn plans, fairly easy to hit targets if you're even half trying.

Cons

Dropped full time employees from salary + commission, to minimum wage + commission. Owner never gives raises, if you ask you're told to sell more. No room for growth in the company whatsoever. Owner could not care less about his employees. Will deduct commission from you if you miss a step in a process.

Pros

The customers, I miss them

Cons

Everything. This company will run you to the ground. They hire a bunch of people just for busy parts of the season promising a “permanent” position and then lay off like 100 employees or more and use the excuse of “restructuring” also your screen is always recorded and your supervisor will tell you to keep your camera on even if you’re going for a bathroom break (creepy as f) this company is gross.
