Pros
Great people - I have reported to the same person since day one & he continues to help me grow as a sales person with additional support from the CEO whenever I need it. Also, the rest of the team are super friendly & we work together to constantly try & improve our processes.
Great Pay - They brought me in with a reasonable/good base salary & have continued to raise my base the longer that I am with the company & the better my results become. Every year, my total compensation has gone up!
Great flexibility - My Director of sales is always accommodating if I need to take a day off or have a doctor's appointment.
Great Product - Our platform is unique & different from any other "Marketing" platform. Because we manage to Return on Investment, out clients love what we do & it makes sense to business owners once we present what we do & why we do it.
Great Travel - We travel to trade shows on a monthly basis which means that I have been to some great destinations like Bermuda, San Diego, Las Vegas, Miami, etc..
Cons
Sales Cycle - The process can be slow & drag out, but once you have a lot in the pipeline, things tend to work out.
