      Culture that facilitates autonomy in work

      Pros

      Work autonomy is the norm here. It is helping in free thinking and coming up with more and more creative ideas. Micromanagement hasn’t happened at least in my case. This has led to employees behaving in a more responsible manner. Our equation with our superiors is working out nicely. We share a good rapport amongst the team mates. Altogether a healthy atmosphere.

      We can take leaves like bereavement leave, maternity and paternity leave for the concerned party, plus a privilege leave is also there. We are covered with health and life insurance cover as well. Substantial benefits is what I will say

      Pros

      Your hard work and achievement is appreciated and acknowledged at the team level. It creates a positive and motivating atmosphere. Being recognized is a fulfilling feeling and I am more than satisfied to be a part of such an organization that values its employees. There is equal chance of growth for the employees, along with this organization. Take my word.

      Cons

      High performance expectations are there. But when you understand that it is for your own good, then it won’t look like a problem. You will start looking at it positively.
