Pros
There are some employees who are trying and working hard to make this company a success and are enjoyable to work with. They have a fairly large network of providers which can lead to success if they can fix the company issues and put the right foundations in place.
Cons
This company has a culture of “it’s about who you know, not what you know”. It is definitely not an EOE. In addition, the company is out of compliance in many ways, which comes back to knowledge and experience gaps because the leadership, specifically the COO, brought in people they know and not qualified individuals. The company has made multiple sales deals that they are unable to actually fulfill, and then in a panic, they are on the backs of the staff to make it happen and figure it out after the fact rather than bringing people to the table that could help guide discussions and decisions beforehand. Teams are working in silos, nobody understands the true company mission (if there is one), and there aren’t really goals anyone is working towards mainly just working on tasks or projects and putting out fires. Communication is weak and happens only at the leadership level. It doesn’t seem to trickle down to staff in an effective manner.
