      Not what it used to be!

      Pros

      Name Recognition. Number of Locations. Family of Services where consumers can find everything needed. Friendly local office environments that care about each other and help each other out when in need.

      Cons

      Local management no longer is able to make big decisions. Corporate in Minneapolis makes every decision. Entire C-Suite level employees in brokerage is living in the past and will not listen to any reason or adjust protocol. Corporate push of extreme liberal views and current trends of what is popular acting behavior. Bad behavior is usually rewarded and promoted through the ranks and favored.

      A comradery is built among the staff and Realtors. A great group of real estate agents. Well-known local company within Alabama.

      High employee turn-over observed in 2018; Clock-in and clock-out timekeeping for employees; Limited room for career growth; Lower pay scale compared to similar companies for employees; Typical corporate organizational processes; Thirty-minute lunch breaks for employees; Training processes for new employees and new real estate agents needs improvement; On-boarding for new hires/agents can be improved; Dated processes; Workflow management system needed for different departments
