Name Recognition. Number of Locations. Family of Services where consumers can find everything needed. Friendly local office environments that care about each other and help each other out when in need.
Cons
Local management no longer is able to make big decisions. Corporate in Minneapolis makes every decision. Entire C-Suite level employees in brokerage is living in the past and will not listen to any reason or adjust protocol. Corporate push of extreme liberal views and current trends of what is popular acting behavior. Bad behavior is usually rewarded and promoted through the ranks and favored.
