      Great Job

      Associate software engineer

      Pros

      Pays well and has a very good company culture. Vacations are encouraged, you can work completely remote or hybrid, and there are no crunch periods. The management does a good job of working with employees and there are lots of team events. Also, excellent health care.

      Cons

      I feel like the management could expect more out of employees and push them to do their best. Also, there are a lot of work meetings.
