- The opportunity to solve such a massive issue that impacts millions of people's lives keeps the team's energy and focus up! - Team works cross-functionally better than any other org. Ive seen - All hands on deck mentality makes the office culture exciting, fun, and most importantly - rewarding! - Employees are paid well, benefits are great, equity opportunity is life changing

- Realm's solving a complicated problem. Things break, there are long days and long weeks, but it's all in an effort to do what's right by our customers and turn Realm into a household name and multi-billion dollar business

Shift in company culture from being healthy to wanting employees to sleep under the desks. CEO would duck out early/on time for work outs and spa treatments - didn’t “sleep under the desk” and work all hours of the night, but expected the team to.
