      Nothing. I wasted my time working here.

      Cons

      The CEO lacks any direction. She has no game plan and needs to take classes about leadership. CTO is cool but she will do everything the CEO says and has no backbone. Every one is just a pawn in their game.

      Pros

      None really, we did move offices from Tysons to Arlington so that was a plus.

      Cons

      Wow, were to start.The CEO belittles you as if you are a child and is very intimidating. I literally dreaded coming into work and in my right mind, I could not tell anyone to work here. Also the work hours are dreadful, basically on call 24/7.

      Pros

      Literally none! Well maybe the free coffee and tea in the WeWork building. But when it comes to working here, there is NO benefit. No healthcare, no parking etc.

      Cons

      Where do I start? The management style here is based on fear and terror. If you have any opinion, keep your mouth shut because the two co-founders are the only ones that can make decisions. -The culture here is toxic. You literally cringe when the CEO calls your name because you can get fired at any moment. -The CEO lacks any real understanding on how to lead a company. The vision for this company changes daily and I mean daily. This makes working here unreal because the exceptions change on a consistent basis so that you can never gain any traction whatsoever. -You are on-call at all hours of the day. If the CEO slacks you, you better answer or you will hear a mouth full the next day. The mentality here is that, if the company pays you, they OWN you. So you better be available at any given time
