I need to write a book for it... No variable Pay,No Last Month Salary,No Hike.. Each and every client are cheated. They have lost lot of clients due to this. Company runs in master slave configuration.. It will be the worst decision of your life if you join or Do Business with this Organisation. Pls talk to ex- employees before joining this organisation. It is the lowest rated company in Hyderabad. It does not have offices anywhere else outside Hyderabad.Worst Management..

There's nothing good about working here.

Cons

They have no proper management. The HRs are of no help. Very linguistic people. They treat employees who do not know the regional language very badly. They have no proper rules or policies. They can ask anybody to leave the company just like that without any notice. They have no sense of responsibility and also none of the processes are taken care of on time. Very very bad experience.
